It gives me great pleasure to send a message to Keighley Public Library on the occasion of its Centenary.
In my teens I was a constant visitor to the Library. I went up "The Library Steps" two or three times a week for years, and still remember it with gratitude and affection.
I hope it will continue for many years to be of as much delight and influence to coming generations of young people as it was to me.
