Destination Bradford
Destination Bradford describes the evolution of Bradford's
population through the arrival of successive generations of people
from a wide range of ethnic groups. The materials for this virtual
time capsule came from 3 sources:
1) Sound clips taken from interviews carried out in
the 1980s by the Bradford Heritage Recording Unit.
2) Transcripts from the interviews. The material is
available to consult at the Local Studies section of Bradford Central
Library.
3) Photographs from collections held at the Local Studies
section of Bradford Central Library, including items from the Bradford
Heritage Recording Unit.
